After being miraculously cured through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Blessed Clelia Merloni journeyed to Viareggio, Italy and on May 30, 1894, founded the Congregation of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Held from February through April, these special liturgies were attended by thousands—from religious leaders to lay faithful.
