Apostle Jubilarians Make Pilgrimage to Rome

Six Apostle Sisters celebrating their 50th jubilee of religious profession were blessed with the opportunity to begin the new year with a pilgrimage to Rome.
Sr. Marialice Ackermann, Sr. Catherine Antinora, Sr. Cora Lombardo, Sr. Kierstin Martin, Sr. Benjamin Merlotti, and Sr. Nancy Strillacci were among the Apostles who participated in a special pilgrimage for Sisters celebrating the 25th and 50th anniversaries of their religious profession. They were joined by Apostle Sisters from our international provinces.
In addition to visiting various points of interest in Italy, the pilgrims enjoyed visiting places of importance in the life of our foundress, Blessed Clelia Merloni, and spent time in prayer at Blessed Clelia’s tomb.
A commemorative jubilee Mass was also celebrated at the Generalate in Rome.
