Acts of the Apostles is more than just a service program—it’s an experience. The program is designed to help you put your faith into action while fostering community among participants and Sisters. We do so by opening our doors and welcoming you into our homes! Our hope is that your experience will result in lasting relationships with our Sisters and fellow participants.

Here’s how it works:

Acts of the Apostles participants live and minister with our Sisters for a week. Living with our Sisters allows participants to share in Apostle community life, including daily prayers, meals, and recreation. At the end of each day, time is provided for reflection on the graces and challenges of the day and the service provided.

Room, board, and local travel are included during the week of service. Participants must cover the expense of their travel to the volunteer site.
